A company born in Vancouver’s east side, Laneside was there at the beginning of the laneway homes trend in the lower mainland. With strong passions for customer service and residential design, founder Byron Wiebe built Laneside to help people build homes suiting their own unique needs.

Moving forward, Laneside received more and more requests for other types of projects. Satisfied customers would come back for their deck plans, renovations and so on. Wanting to help, Laneside is now offering a variety of design services including renovations, additions, and interior design.
